VA Customer Care and Sales

We are a garden services and landscaping company, servicing a large area on the Gold Coast in Southern Queensland, Australia. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to provide excellent Customer Service and Customer Care to our customer on a part-time basis.

The main job responsibilities includes:
• Making/Receiving and directing calls to customers and suppliers,
• Liaising with the business owner regularly throughout workday,
• Maintaining basic records,
• Handling complaints and registering feedback in the internal system
• Handling messages,
• Providing customer care via phone / email / text messages etc.
• Researching and understanding what the business does in detail
• Taking Customer Chats
• Consolidating accounts receivable/payable
• Posting on social media
• Other reasonable tasks requested by the employer

Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)
• Excellent with Excel & Word
• Fast learner
• a “go-getter-problem-solver” personality.
• Positive, no excuse attitude
• A Team Player who can also work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Part-Time Availability – 3 -4 hours/day, 5 days a week
• High Attention to detail (when applying please mention the name of your high school in your first paragraph of the application so we’ll know you’ve read it through).
• Sales and Marketing experiences (follow up with quotes, payments, creating newsletters)

It would be advantageous if you have:
• Working from home
• Working in a “customer care” role for an Australian client
• Trust and loyalty

Technology Requirements:
• A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher
• Screenshot of your Speed test and Computer specs
• Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or higher
• USB noise canceling controlled headset –
• Quiet workspace

Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
• Starting Wage $4 USD paid weekly based on experience.
