Job Description

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to review my job posting. We are looking for a 100% remote Customer Service Agent or Virtual Assistant who can work daily for an eCommerce business operating in the Automotive space.

The role is full time and you will be expected to answer customers live chat messages and contact customers who place new orders frequently.

THE ROLE WOULD INCLUDE:

– Answering support tickets via Freshdesk
– Replying to review and reaching out to customers via
– Replying to Facebook & Instagram comments & messages
– Answering live chat questions and assisting customers with product info
– Escalating tickets for manager review
– Viewing tracking details & creating return labels via eParcel
– Loading labels into eParcel via CSV file (will be taught how to do this)
– Stock management

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

– 1+ year experience with Customer Service
– 1+ year experience as a VA
– Detail oriented including ability to deliver through, accurate information to customers and follow standard operating procedures
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Experience with eParcel or similar postage software
– Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk
– Understanding of cars/automotive (can be taught)
– Microsoft Excel experience
– English both writing and speaking
– Experience with WooCommerce/Wordpress

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

– Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
– Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
– Backup internet service provider (required upon hiring)
– Backup power service
– Skype or Whatsapp to chat with the manager

You are an organised person with some background/understanding of the automotive space. We will provide all the documentation required but you will need to be able to look at an image of a wiper blade and know which wiper blade works with it and then direct the customer to this.

You will need a reliable and stable internet connection with a windows computer that can use Microsoft Excel.

THE JOB ROLE

This role will begin at 30 hours per week (10am until 4pm AEST) part time. You’ll be paid fortnightly.
