Job Description

We are hiring an additional 3-4 full-time Customer Service Specialists to join a team of 10 hardworking VAs!

REQUIREMENTS:
– EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills
– 2+ years of Customer Service experience
– Internet speed of 10mbps download / 5mbps upload or faster
– Willingness to work full-time for us as your sole employer
– Willingness to work graveyard since the client follows Mountain Standard Time
– Have your own computer and noise-cancellation headset for calls
– MUST have backup internet and power
– Experience using a customer support ticketing system or ZENDESK is a PLUS

TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Scheduling: Coordinate logistics for services with clients and technicians
– Chats/Calls/Emails: Respond to correspondences from customers and technicians throughout the day
– Account Management: Onboarding new clients and handling customer retention
– Content management: Uploading, downloading, and sharing large files to and from clients
