Title: E-commerce Operations Manager/E-commerce Project Manager (Virtual Assistant)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager/E-commerce Project Manager to join our team. As an e-commerce apparel decorating store, we are looking for someone who can help streamline our business processes, develop effective marketing strategies, and provide support in planning, designing, and executing our initiatives. This is a remote position, offering flexible part-time hours initially, with the potential to transition to full-time as our business grows.

Responsibilities:
– Streamline and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
– Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with our audience.
– Collaborate with designers and oversee design projects related to apparel decoration.
– Plan and organize projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
– Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and best practices.
– Provide support and guidance to overcome challenges and make informed decisions.
– Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners as needed.
– Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and marketing techniques.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an E-commerce Operations Manager or E-commerce Project Manager.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
– Knowledge of apparel decoration and design principles.
– Familiarity with tools and software used in e-commerce, marketing, and design.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to optimize efficiency.
– Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience in the e-commerce industry.
