Objective:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client’s dynamic and multifaceted brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The Virtual Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient coordination, and supporting our client and his team in optimizing productivity and brand management.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of computer literacy and be proficient in using standard office software and tools. They should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, showing initiative and proactivity in managing tasks and responsibilities. This is a remote-based role, and the candidate should be comfortable with leveraging technology for effective virtual collaboration and task management.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:
Proactively manage the client’s schedule, including coordinating appearances, events, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and provide timely solutions.
Social Media Oversight:
Oversee the client’s social media presence, ensuring engaging and consistent content delivery.
Monitor social media interactions and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Contact Cultivation:
Maintain a network of professional contacts and foster positive relationships on behalf of the client.
Identify potential collaboration opportunities and facilitate introductions when appropriate.
Correspondence Handling:
Manage and respond to important emails, inquiries, and business-related communication.
Draft professional correspondence and follow-ups as needed.
Brand Promotion Support:
Assist in managing brand collateral and ensuring consistent brand representation across various platforms.
Aid in coordinating promotional campaigns and initiatives aligned with the brand’s overall strategy.
Event Coordination Assistance:
Provide support in organizing and executing events, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
Assist in identifying potential event opportunities and partnerships.
General Administrative Assistance:
Conduct research, compile reports, and assist in various projects as assigned.
Manage files and documents, ensuring accessibility and organization.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a virtual executive assistant or in a similar role within the entertainment or media industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software and social media platforms.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Willing to work 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
