VA Executive Assistant Manager Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to manage a team of virtual assistants and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing remote teams.

Responsibilities:
-Manage a team of virtual assistants to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
-Train and onboard new virtual assistants and ensure that they are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks effectively.
-Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to virtual assistants to improve their work quality.
-Monitor virtual assistants’ daily activity and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure that they meet their goals and objectives.
-Manage the virtual assistant schedule and ensure that there is adequate coverage for all tasks at all times.
-Create and maintain documentation and training materials for the virtual assistant team.
-Continuously evaluate and improve virtual assistant processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
-Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the virtual assistant team is aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
-Create Standard Operating Procedures for new employees

Requirements:
-Must speak and write excellent English
-Must have a strong personality
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-2+ years of experience managing remote teams or virtual assistants.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in project management software and tools such as Asana, Trello, or .
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of the latest virtual assistant tools and technologies.
-Fast internet
-Ability to hire and fire.

This is a full-time position.
