Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Virtual Assistant to oversee and enhance our Facebook presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at increasing engagement, fostering community growth, and promoting our products effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our brand and make a significant impact on our online presence.

Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Group Management:
You’ll post engaging content, monitor discussions, and strategize initiatives to boost participation, fostering a vibrant community environment.

2. Participation in Other Facebook Groups:
You’ll engage in relevant Facebook groups, expanding our network and sharing insights to represent our brand professionally.

3. Content Creation and Sharing:
You’ll craft compelling posts and graphics for Facebook groups, promoting our books and engaging readers, while collaborating with the marketing team to tailor content strategies for diverse audience segments and platforms.

4. ARC Reader Recruitment:
You’ll identify and recruit ARC readers (Advance Reader Copy) from our target audience, maintaining a database and coordinating advance copy distribution for review purposes.

5. Review Solicitation:
You’ll follow up with active readers to request honest reviews on relevant platforms, providing clear instructions and support to encourage feedback sharing.

Long-term Task Expansion: This is the first of many projects we would like to work with you on, so if everything works well, we would like to expand our cooperation to other tasks that you’d like as well.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook.
2. Excellent English speaking and writing communication skills.
3. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
5. Familiarity with the publishing industry and a passion for books is a plus.

Me and my girlfriend have a book publishing brand for over 1,5 years now, and we are expanding. For this we are looking for reliable people with whom we can further expand our business through long-term cooperation We currently live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, but work remotely.
