VA for 7-Figure Dropshipping Company

We run an E-commerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries.

We are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking great candidates that will represent the company with great customer service and dedication. We are specifically looking for VA’s with experience in building stores (no developer skills needed) and working within Shopify on the settings, pages, products, apps etc.

You must understand the whole process and must be highly developed in the ecommerce environment. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job. So essentially this is a VA job where you would have to follow a very clear workflow to keep our output as consistent as possible.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Slack (communication channel)
Google Sheets (for workflow)
ChatGPT (AI tool)
DeepL (Translation tool)

Responsibilities:
In charge of building a store with the help of our checklists, guidelines and information videos.
In charge of listing products in shopify through a specific workflow and template.
Be on time with your tasks and perform them to the highest possible quality.

We will provide you with:

SOP’s for all processes we work with, including video explanations
Daily support from our manager who will guide and give feedback

Applicant needs to:

Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify and eCommerce
Be available for weekly team meetings
Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
Available to join immediately
Be available for a minimum of 4 hours per day, we will start with a 1 week trial and then turn from trial to full-time position if our manager is satisfied with the working standards.
