VA for Adding Educational Products to WooCommerce

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Online Virtual Assistant to join our team and manage product listings for our WooCommerce shop. Our shop specializes in products related to early childhood education, so knowledge in this field is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proficiency in using WooCommerce, and a passion for enhancing the learning experiences of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Addition & Management:
• Add new products to the WooCommerce shop with accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and metadata.
• As needed, update existing product listings with new information and pricing
• Ensure all product information is correctly categorized and optimized for SEO.

Content Creation:
• Write clear, engaging, and informative product descriptions that appeal to parents and educators in early childhood education.
• Create and edit listings to highlight the benefits and features of each product, focusing on how they contribute to early childhood development.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with WooCommerce, including adding and managing products, configuring product settings, and handling inventory.
• Proficiency in using WordPress and related plugins.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to product listings.

Language Skills:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and grammatically correct product descriptions and content.

Industry Knowledge:
• Background in early childhood education or a strong understanding of educational products for young children.
• Ability to communicate the benefits and applications of educational products effectively.

Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
