Raise after 6 months, then yearly after
7 paid vacation days off per year to use as you wish starting after being with the company for 6 months
Bonuses 1x a year around Christmas and based on performance

Job Description:

This role is pivotal to our operations, and as such, we are seeking an
exceptional individual who is ready to take on this challenge.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to build a
career. The primary responsibilities will include posting and managing listings, optimizing pricingee
and overall listing, managing fraudulent amazon claims, resolving issues such as negative feedback,
and ensuring smooth shipment creation for our clients.

This role is not be suitable for individuals seeking a simplistic job with minimal effort or
those who require constant supervision. If you are not committed to delivering
exceptional work or striving to excel in your role, this position may not align with your
professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Listings Support:
Review and optimize listings on Amazon and eBay to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
Verify pricing accuracy, especially for items with incomplete or no data, to enhance competitiveness.
Maintain regular checks on listings for optimization opportunities.

Client Returns Management:
Import and process client returns lists on a weekly basis using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).
Optimize listings based on returned items to adjust pricing and improve sales.

Feedback Management:
Proactively handle eBay negative feedback by contacting customers and resolving issues promptly.
Implement strategies to maintain positive seller ratings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Listing & Shipment Creation:
Assist clients in creating new listings and managing shipments as per their requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely creation of listings and shipments to avoid delays.

Data Cleanup:
Identify and rectify errors in item listings entered by laborers in our system (eComm101).
Maintain data integrity and accuracy to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Lost in Transit Claims:
Manage and process claims for items lost in transit, ensuring timely reimbursement or reshipment.
Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to expedite claim resolutions.

Fraudulent Returns:
Manage amazon claims for fraudulent returns using a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

Qualifications:
High speed internet.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
Proven experience in a similar role in eCommerce
Proficient with Amazon and eBay platforms, including listing optimization, pricing strategies, and customer support.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay on task while prioritizing deadlines and client requirements.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
Proficient with spreadsheet formatting and data entry.
Experience with photo editing software.

Training/Onboarding:
We will provide ongoing training for software and platforms we utilize via written
explainers, live video and Loom.

Software and Platforms we currently use:
Sellerchamp, Keepa, 3Dsellers, StreetPricer, Goflow, Ecomm101(internal software)
Google Workspace products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Sales Channels – Amazon, eBay, Shopify
