VA For Aussie Ecommerce Business (2 hrs/day)

We are looking for a part time VA to help our business run smoothly and keep our customers happy!

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Replying to and resolving all customer enquiries received via email or social media DMs (written only, no phone calls required) – this could include contacting our shipping partners to resolve issues
2. Replying to comments on social media
3. Reconciling transactions in our accounting software, Xero
4. Ad hoc admin tasks as required

It’s important that our VA has the following attributes:
• Be a fast learner
• Pays attention to detail
• Follows instructions & asks questions if unsure

In addition to having excellent written English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
• Google mail
• Meta Business Suite
• Communications apps like Slack
• Project Management Software (we prefer Asana)
• Xero
• Shopify (looking up orders & basic tasks like updating addresses)

We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our business. Let us know if you have any of the following skills:
• Graphic design – creation of social media graphics/website banners etc
• Social media scheduling
• Video editing – reels for social media use
• BAS Preparation
• Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

This is a part time position. At present you will only be needed for 2 hours per day Monday to Friday (10 hours per week). We are flexible when those 2 hours per day are worked.

We are happy to provide training on any processes you are unfamiliar with.

This role could potentially change to more hours per week or a full time role as the business grows if desired. You will be working directly with the businesses founder/CEO.
