At Therapist VA we specialise in finding phenomenal Virtual Assistants for clinicians and health practitioners in Australia. In your role as a Clinician VA, you will assist in some of the daily operations within clinics or for online practitioners. You will be assigned to one/some of our clients and will be assisting in email and patient communication, invoicing and associated tasks. We will support you with training in well-known CRMs used within the industry. We are looking for someone who combines their professionalism, organisation and all-round friendly personality to fulfill this part time role, with the potential to become full-time.
Key Responsibilities
**Mandatory each week:
– Daily email communication with patients regarding scheduling, queries, payments, and so forth
– Daily or weekly invoicing
– Editing intake forms and other forms
– Set up and/or edit service fees and descriptions
– Coordinate NDIS/Medicare rebates
– Update credit card details for patients
**More responsibilities as time goes on:
– Email newsletters to subscribers
– PDF creation and graphic design
– Blog writing
– Landing page edits and updates
– Other administrative tasks
Hours
– This is a dynamic and growing position. As our Agency grows further, we will endeavour to fill up your schedule to capacity over numerous Clients.
– Please be aware that you may be working with up to 10 Clients per week, and a high level of organisation and attention to detail is imperative.
Rate of Pay
– Pay is in Australia dollars and paid fortnightly (bi-weekly). The rate of pay is AUD$6.80 per hour.
– This role is based upon deliverables (eg: 25 emails and 10 invoices per month). These deliverables have been given an average time that they’re usually completed in, which has formed our hourly rate. Therefore, some months your actual working time might be slightly under, or slightly over, then the previous. However, it will always average out. This can be explained more in an interview.
– This is a contract based-role, with a 4 week termination period on behalf of the Agency.
