**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, and business-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, focusing particularly on sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As a part-time Virtual Assistant, you will not only enhance the CEO’s productivity and support administrative functions but also play a pivotal role in advancing sales and marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
– **Executive Support**: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to optimize time management.
– **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties, including managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
– **Sales and Marketing Support**: Assist with sales and marketing tasks such as creating presentations, managing email campaigns, updating the CRM with client or prospect information, and tracking marketing performance metrics.
– **Communication Coordination**: Serve as the key point of contact between the CEO, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
– **Event and Meeting Planning**: Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and marketing campaigns, aligning them with business objectives.
– **Strategic Projects Assistance**: Support the CEO in strategic projects, particularly those affecting sales growth and market expansion.
– **CRM and Documentation**: Accurately update CRM systems and maintain documentation, supporting sales follow-up and marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally with a background in sales or marketing within an IT or Managed Services setting.
– Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
– Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English are essential to bridge any cultural or language barriers and ensure clear, effective interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
– Proficiency in office technology and software, including MS Office, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
– A good understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies, preferably in the technology sector.
