Skobel’s, a leading school uniform vendor in the New Orleans area, is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant for Customer Service. If you have an American accent, a detail-oriented mindset, and a great telephone speaking voice, we want to hear from you!

The Position:
We are hiring a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service. This remote position requires working during USA central time hours of 9 am to 7 pm, seven days a week. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, depending on your assigned schedule. During slower times with fewer phone calls, you will have additional responsibilities to ensure productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering Phone Calls: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Online Customer Chat: Engage with customers via online chat, offering assistance and support.
• Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems.
• Shopify Data Entry: Manage data entry tasks on our Shopify platform, maintaining up-to-date and accurate information.

Required Qualifications:

• American Accent: Clear and professional communication is essential.
• Detail Oriented: This is our top qualification. Precision and accuracy are crucial for this role.
• Good Telephone Speaking Voice: Pleasant and articulate phone manner.
