We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our online sales operations on various e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on eBay. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in product hunting, product sourcing, buying, and shipping from China to the USA and Canada. Proficiency in using various tools such as Helium 10 and other Amazon tools is essential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive product research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy.
Source products from reliable suppliers in China, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring product availability for online sales.
Collaborate with suppliers and handle negotiations to secure the best deals and terms.
Optimize product listings on eBay and other platforms, including writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing keywords, and enhancing product images.
Utilize Helium 10 and other Amazon tools to track and improve product rankings, monitor competitors, and analyze market trends.
Assist in managing customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to maintain excellent customer service.
Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products from China to the USA and Canada.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, marketplace policies, and platform updates to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
Generate reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, specializing in eBay operations.
Extensive knowledge of product hunting, product sourcing, buying, and shipping from China to the USA and Canada.
Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10 and other Amazon tools for market analysis and optimization.
Strong understanding of eBay and other e-commerce platforms, including best practices for listing optimization and customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with suppliers and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs regulations is a plus.
Fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
