VA for Real Estate business

I am looking for a VA for my Real Estate company called UrbanRise Investments. We are a real estate investment and development company in California.
This is a small company and you will be my first hire. So your role will be to assist me with all my administrative needs and help me grow the company.

The most important characteristics that you need to have are:

– Willingness to learn. I don’t expect you to know how to do everything from the get-go. I will teach you. Your personality and attitude towards work are more important to me than your knowledge about Real Estate and associated tasks.
– Problem solver: I expect that you come to me with solutions and proposals to a given problem. Even if you don’t have the right answer that is OK!
– You need to be a self-starter and be motivated to grow. I am looking for someone for the long term and there is room for professional career growth in my company
– You need to be interested in learning about real estate
– Be detailed oriented
– Be pretty good with using the computer and the internet in general
– You need to Have a Bachelor’s degree
– You need to have English Advanced Mastery C2

The tasks you will perform (I will teach you how to do things so do not worry if you don’t know how to do all of this):

– Schedule meetings with investors, real estate brokers and partners
– Edit social Media posts for me (basic editing, nothing complicated)
– Research information on the internet.
– Reach out to people on Linkedin and other social media platforms
– Help me organize my meetup
– Help me create my newsletter
– Create Lists
– Comment on people’s posts on social media on my behalf
– Answer emails
– Communicate with me on Whatsapp (this is very important because I like to talk to you by text and audio message on Whatsapp!)
– Organize documents in DropBox
– Help me with Powerpoints presentations
– Learn how to use various softwares like Active Campaign (I will teach you)
– Be able to use Chat GPT to get answers to things you don’t know (I can teach you).

I will offer a 13th month salary payment for Christmas and will provide you with Paid Time Off and some Public Holidays after 6 months of working with me.
