We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a highly organized self-starter, and possess a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Make calls to/from clients, suppliers, and team members.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and consultations.
Address customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
Perform Virtual Assistance Variety of VA tasks
Roofing Proposal Preparation:
Preparing roofing estimates based on provided data and specifications. (much easier than it sounds)
Use software tools to draw out and detail estimates.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all estimates before submission.
Track project progress and update status reports in CRM.
Data Entry:
Schedule and process social media posts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Ability to make light sales/organizational calls if needed
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in using Google Office (Doc, Sheets, Forms) and other relevant software.
Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
Light WordPress experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management software.
Basic knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret roofing plans and specifications.
