Job Description

I run a Short Term Rental Vacation and Property Management Business in search of a freelance virtual assistance to help with some tasks such as:

– Email Management: Manage guest inquiries and communication with property owners & guests to ensure high service standards
– Document Preparation & Management: Use Google Docs & Sheets to create and manage essential documents like rental agreements, welcome guides and operational checklists
– Schedule Coordination: Handle calendar management, reservation bookings & maintenance scheduling
Social Media Support : Minimal knowledge and support, any additional time to be spent engagement in our property accounts.
– Guest Support: Offer virtual assistance to guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
– Property Management Support: Communicate with service providers to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
– Administrative Support: Undertake various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing expense reports.
– Airbnb / VRBO / Hostfully Management – Update and SEO listings, use seasonal photos to update listing page to stand out against market, etc.

What I am looking for:

– Experience as a VA or in similar administrative roles
– Someone who has worked in the travel or hospitality industry, particularly with Airbnb or similar platforms is highly desirable.
– Someone who is dedicated, loyal, organized, quick learner, smart, strong in english, and wants to stick with me as my business grows and more tasks can be given if we are a good fit. Each month is different, as my workload varies during the seasons, but on average I would say I have about 10-15hrs/week worth of work to offer. Some weeks it may be more and some weeks it may be less.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs) and basic Canva skills.
– Excellent communication abilities and organizational skills.
– Extreme attention to detail
– Outstanding customer service
– Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
– Additional skills related to customer service or property management in the travel and hospitality sector are a bonus.
– Ability to learn new software and grow with our team.
– Additional languages spoken is a bonus: French, Spanish, etc.
