Location: Arizona (AZ)
Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM, 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break
Pay rate: $700 – $900 per month

We need an organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a knack for customer service? House
Cleaning Solutions is looking for a Front End Coordinator to be the friendly, efficient point of contact for
our clients. This role is all about managing incoming requests, coordinating our cleaning teams, and
ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Communication:
Handle incoming requests for quotes, via phone and texting application.
Address customer service inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Reach out to warm leads from the past 90 days to generate new business.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Organize and schedule cleaning appointments within the team.
Use our CRM system (Jobber) to ensure all schedules are accurate and up to date.
Manage rescheduling requests and make changes smoothly.
Keep an eye on cleaning crew status throughout the day using GPS and timesheet
systems.
Escalate urgent matters appropriately.
Quoting and Pricing:
Provide accurate quotes for cleaning services using our pricing app.
Effectively communicate and promote our cleaning packages (basic, deep cleaning or any special requests) to prospective clients. Demonstrate not only an understanding of the services but also the ability to highlight their benefits and value.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills (minimal English accent desired)
Quick to respond and able to pick up the phone and return texts in a timely fashion.
Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and resolve issues timely and effectively.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Previous experience in customer service or front-end coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Jobber, is beneficial.
Fluency in spoken Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
