Task #1: Canva Design

– Pinterest
– Newsletters
– Infographics
– Social media
– Email marketing
– Featured and in-blog images
– Presentation/ugly VSL slides

Canva is the number 1 task we need you to have excellent prior experience in.

However, we also have a 2nd task we’ll need your help with.

Insert “Canva forever” in your message to us so we know you’ve read the job description.

Task #2: WordPress

– Upload articles on our blog
– Fix the formatting
– Put featured & in-blog images
– Ensure each URL opens in a new tab

Task #3: Social Media Managing

– Posting the images you’ve created
– Scheduling content for publishing

Task #4: Uploading emails in our email automation

– Upload emails written by our copywriter

Note: Experience with email automation isn’t a must but is an advantage. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. 🙂

LENGTH OF ENGAGEMENT:

– Full-time position
– Work days: Monday-Friday
– Shift duration: 7.5 hours a day (with 1.5-hour break); 37.5 hours per week
– Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM PH time

BUDGET:

– 40,000 PHP per month, paid bi-monthly

REQUIREMENTS:

– Excellent English-speaking & writing skills (C1 minimum)
– Clocking into Hubstaff (time & productivity- tracking software)
– Receiving payments through Wise (to your Wise account, e-wallet, or bank account)
