Immediate opening in our beautiful dental office in Las Vegas, NV in the United States!

Front desk duties include phones, insurance verification, data entry, and verbal and written communication with patients, teams, and doctors. Any tasks that can be done online may be assigned to you during your career at our office. Pay is $2 per hour. You have to have a reliable internet connection and an open schedule. It will be a preset, predictable schedule. We will give people with open availability priority; this means if you can work any day, any time, you will be considered first in the hiring process. We will train you for your job as long as you are open to learning. You need to become familiar with Zoom, Slack, and Ring Central phone systems, and we will train you on the dental software Curve and Dentrix.

To be considered, please answer the following questions:

1. Are you ok with $2 per hour? We can bonus structure after a minimum of 3 months of employment.
2. Are you okay with working any time, any day, 4-5 days a week, 8-10 hours a day, as long as the schedule is set in advance? If you are not ok, then please do not proceed.
3. Do you have any problems in life that would prevent you from showing up to work?
4. Do you have thick skin, and be willing to take constructive criticism?
5. What is your ethics when it comes to working?
6. What are your thoughts about attendance in the workforce? How would you handle a co-worker coming to work late, or calling in sick?
7. Can you join us on Zoom if you are invited for an online interview? Are you okay in a group interview setting?
8. What are your wishes and dreams in life?
9. Is there anything special about you that you would like to share with our office?
10. How many years would you like to stay with our company? What are your future career goals?
11. If you want to improve your pay or financial future with our company, then what are some of the things that you feel you can do to improve your pay? Or do you think that people should ask for a promotion based on how long they have been with a company?
12. Describe your family life. This question is optional.
13. On a scale of 0-10, 10 being an expert with computer skills, and zero with no computer skills at all, where would you rank yourself?
