Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in lead generation and sales to join our dynamic team. This role is initially part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various online platforms and databases.
-Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and set up appointments.
-Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining CRM records.
-Email Campaigns: Support email marketing efforts by managing email lists and sending follow-up emails to prospects.
-Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
-Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments for consultations and follow-up meetings.
-Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications:
-English Fluency: Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
-Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales is preferred.
-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other online platforms.
-Detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
-Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients and team members.
