Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics and Client Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing team emails, providing exceptional client support, handling quote inquiries, and enhancing communication between our Chinese team and international clients. Your expertise in logistics and ecommerce, along with proficiency in WeChat, will be essential in streamlining operations and ensuring client satisfaction. Working closely with our diverse team, you will play a pivotal role in our international logistics and trade activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Email Management: Assist in managing team emails, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
-Client Support: Provide excellent support to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries efficiently.
-Quote Inquiries: Handle new quote inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses to potential clients.
-Bridge Communication: Act as a liaison between the Chinese team and international clients to enhance communication and support.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Sally and others, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
-Time Zone Coordination: Work during China time to align with the Chinese team and provide real-time support.
-Logistics Knowledge: Utilize expertise in logistics to manage and streamline operations.
-Replying to Inbound Leads: Respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally.
-Prepare and Send Proposals: Develop and send proposals to potential clients.
-Send Invoices: Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients.
-Assist in Marketing Efforts: Support the team in various marketing activities to promote our services.
-Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts on platforms including Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Instagram, ensuring regular engagement and content updates.
-Client Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to connect with and engage our European and American customer base effectively.
-Platform Proficiency: Utilize social media tools and analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics.

Qualifications:

-Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
-Client Service Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related field is preferred.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage emails and inquiries effectively.
-Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of European and American cultures to create culturally relevant and -appealing marketing content.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email management tools and client support software.
-Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team across different time zones.
-Ecommerce Logistics: Knowledge of ecommerce logistics is essential.
-WeChat Proficiency: Ability to use WeChat effectively for communication and client support.
-International Logistics or Trade Background: A background in international logistics or international trade is preferred.
