Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team in content publishing, creative design tasks, and various ad hoc administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in using tools like Canva, and capable of managing tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts and streamline operations in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Upload, format, and publish articles, blog posts, and other content on our website and content management system.
Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and branding across all published materials.
Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to schedule and prioritize content releases.
Create visually appealing images and banners using Canva to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Develop social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials that align with our brand guidelines.
Ensure designs are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms.
Assist in managing email campaigns, including scheduling, list management, and basic content creation.
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis as required.
Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with team members to support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with team members, providing updates on task progress and flagging any potential issues.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in using design tools like Canva to create images
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Basic understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) for publishing content.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Proactive problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
