VA/Onboarding Manager

Wefulfil is a drop shipping company with an eight-year track record of providing e-commerce sellers with a comprehensive One-Stop Solution, is seeking a dynamic Female Onboarding Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
As an Onboarding manager, your role will entail serving both our existing and potential customers, guiding them towards fruitful collaborations with us, all while enjoying a competitive salary structure based on your performance and achievements.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Conduct video call meetings with customers.
Provide comprehensive information about our services and products.
Skillfully negotiate and assist customers in aligning with our services.
Utilize Facebook and E-commerce Communities to identify potential customers.
Nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to complete basic tasks.
Required Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English.
A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with dropshipping and e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (UTC+8).
Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm (UTC+8).
During working hours, you have a lunch break but ensure a full 8-hour workday.
Work Setup Requirements:
Computer with a microphone and camera.
Private WhatsApp and Skype accounts.
Job Benefits:
Paid holidays are based on your country’s legal holidays.
Five paid-off days per year for employees with over one year of service.
Year-end 13th-month bonus (equivalent to basic+ level salary without ratio) for employees with over one year of service.
Payment:
Monthly salary payments are processed on the 10th of each month and disbursed to your Payoneer account.
