Force2Fitness is a fitness company that specializes in helping overweight deskbound professionals get in shape and transform their lives.
Join our fast-growing online fitness coaching business, dedicated to transforming the lives of 1,000s of overweight deskbound professionals. We specialize in providing high-ticket coaching programs tailored to the unique needs of our clientele. As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven and motivated appointment setter to take charge of our social media outreach to further expand the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
– Effectively manage and organize leads through various channels. (IG, FB & LinkedIn)
– Utilise CRM tools (Trello, GoogleSheets, Metabusiness Suite, Manychat) to track, follow up, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
2. Social Media Outreach:
– Leverage social media platforms to engage and create conversation with potential clients.
– Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate interest and build relationships to book sales calls.
3. Booking Sales Calls:
– Schedule and conduct sales calls with potential clients for the program
– Provide detailed information about our coaching programs, addressing client needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in outreach/sales roles within the fitness coaching industry.
– Familiarity with social media prospecting and outreach.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in empowering men & women through health and wellness.
Compensation
– $4-$6 Per Hour + Commissions Per Call Booked And Closed
– Competitive compensation package reflective of experience and performance.
Working Hours:
– Full-time position requiring 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs. The more flexibility then the more you earn with commission ie more calls booked and more calls closed!
