ABOUT THE ROLE
Role: Remote Services Operations Assistant
Hours: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Pay: Starting at $5.50/hr USD
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Providing assistance to the VA Operations Team in
deploying and managing virtual assistants
– Coordinating tasks related to the implementation and
monitoring of virtual assistants
– Collaborating closely with the Remote Services
Training and Support Team to ensure successful
deployment and post-deployment support of virtual
assistants
– Ad-hoc assistance to Remote Services Training and
Support Team on a day-to-day basis
– Ad-hoc assistance to Virtual Assistants on a day-to-
day basis
– Monitoring of attendance and maintaining accuracy
of internal records
– Relaying of information to the proper channels and
team members for effective communication
– Facilitating monthly huddle to relay any important
changes to policies or procedures and to encourage
community
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– Minimum 1 year of remote work experience
– Familiarity with various Virtual Assistant processes
and tasks (cold calling, administrative, skip-tracing,
database management, etc.)
– Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to
work and help build a startup company
– Enjoys new projects, tasks, and workdays that look a
little different every day
– Is wildly curious, enjoys the challenge of identifying
and solving problems by streamlining processes (your
mantra: work smarter, not harder)
– Excellent command of the English language (written
and spoken)
– Loves working with a team and works well with
various personalities
– Exceptional attention to detail and data management
skills
– Great time management and prioritization skills and
ability to work independently
– Able to use software and technology comfortably
– Is coachable, can handle feedback from others, and
has the willingness to try new things
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Reliable internet connection
– Back up power and internet
– Good webcam and good headset
– Presentable background for video calls
BONUS POINTS
– Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry or
startup experience
– Knowledge and experience with CRMs, Airtable,
Notion, or G-Suite
