VA/Outbound Marketer

We are currently seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Marketing Assistant/Administrative Support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for executing cold email outbound marketing strategies, updating trackers, and providing administrative assistance to our project management team. Responsibilities:

-Conducting cold email outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our company’s products/services.
-Updating and maintaining trackers to monitor the progress and success of outbound marketing initiatives.
-Assisting the project management team with administrative tasks related to outbound marketing projects.
-Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for outbound marketing efforts.
-Managing and organizing relevant documentation and files to support the outbound marketing projects.
-Providing general administrative support to the project management team as needed.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in executing successful cold email outbound marketing campaigns.
-Proficient in using CRM tools and software for lead generation and management.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and trackers.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using technology and tools required for the role.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with colleagues in various departments.
-Comfortable with virtual meetings and presenting information via video conferencing.
