We’re seeking a dynamic professional to fill the crucial role of Full-Time VA Sales & Outreach Manager. Experience in content creation using Canva
Fluent in navigating Instagram
Strong organizational skills
Minimum of 1 years of experience using Shopify
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Outreach Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales outreach on Instagram to promote and sell company products
Convert leads into successful sales through strategic communication
Achieve a target of at least 30 monthly sales during the initial two-month trial period
Enroll new leads into the ambassador program and oversee its management
Plan, create, and post daily Instagram stories for upcoming launches, promotions, and events
Develop and execute four email campaigns per month using Klaviyo
Attend weekly 1-on-1 meetings as required
Full-time commitment, working Wednesday through Sunday (5 days a week) during American Time, from 5 pm to 1 am
Engage daily with the Instagram community to maintain a strong online presence and engagement

Trial Period:
The initial 60 days will serve as a trial/evaluation period. Achieving a minimum of 25 sales per month during each of the first two months qualifies for a full-time position with bonus commissions in addition to bi-weekly salary payments.
Compensation:
Trial/Evaluation Period (Initial 60 days): $16,673.39 PHP Monthly Pay ($300 USD)
After a successful trial period and hired full-time: $22,231.19 PHP per month ($400 USD, plus bonus commissions for each sale)
