Our mission is to provide high-level makeup and style services and advice to our clients and customers. To support this mission, we are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant with a passion for makeup and style and proficiency in email marking, newsletter creation, social media management, and WordPress.

Key responsibilities:
Email marketing – create and manage email marketing campaigns using MailChimp to engage our audience, promote our services, and provide valuable beauty and style tips.
Newsletter creation – develop engaging and visually appealing newsletters to showcase our expertise and keep our subscribers informed.
Social Media Management- Maintain and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and Pinterest by curating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our followers.
WordPress Maintenance – Update and optimize our WordPress website with fresh content that reflects our brand and services
Research and Content Creation- Research makeup and style trends, products, and techniques to create informative, engaging posts
Admin Support – Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Passion for makeup, beauty, and style trends.
– Proven experience with Mailchimp and email marketing.
– Strong skills in newsletter creation and design.
– Proficiency in managing and growing social media accounts.
– Familiarity with WordPress and basic website maintenance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
– Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
– Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
