We are a short-term rental property management company in Seattle, Washington, United States. We are looking for a long term, full time talent who has experience with short term rental pricing to join our team.
Pricing is both an art & science. We are looking for someone who understands the vacation rental world and the different factors impacting a home, a market and the ability to mesh everything into the final pricing of a vacation rental.
Responsibilities:
– Pricing: Manage pricing on our portfolio of 150+ short term rental homes and growing. Perform price adjustment daily to improve home occupancy.
– Reporting: Build reporting on listing performance and have regular review meetings with management to review pricing, discuss strategies and implement changes.
– Owner Question: Answer pricing related questions from owner and be able to draft thoughtful and insightful answers. Implement owner requested pricing changes in a timely fashion.
– Listing Optimization: Deep Dive on listings that are not performing well, come up with listing optimization ideas.
Requirements:
– Extremely comfortable with large amounts of data and the ability to process it & analyze it and draw correct insight.
– Understanding about vacation rental pricing concepts (e.g. pickup, pacing, RevPar, occupancy, average nightly rates, etc.)
– Proficiency with dynamic pricing tool (Wheelhouse is what we use)
– Min of 1 year experience working with vacation rental. Experience with directly using dynamic pricing software is preferred.
– High English proficiency – both written and spoken.
– Very detail oriented
– Quick learner, Self-starter computer access and good, stable internet connection
– Workdays from Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST, 5 days a week with 1 hour lunch break
