VA – Product Listing Champion For Shopify

We seek an extremely detail-orientated and experienced VA product listing rockstar who can populate our High-Level Shopify Product Pages long-term.

This is NOT the ordinary product listing job, which is also why you will be compensated per product upload and not per work hour. Our requirements and quality expectation levels are extremely high, and the product upload process is detailed, time-consuming, repetitive, and requires the utmost attention to detail that cannot deviate from the written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) checklists, or training/onboarding videos.

The product upload workflow includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

* Resizing and compressing images and PDF manuals
* Removing supplier logos from images
* Renaming images
* Basic product info research
* Occasional use of ChatGPT-4 customized prompts for generating copy
* Curate and validate that the ChatGPT-generated copy is factually correct
* Adding Alt Texts to images, documents, and files
* Use of bespoke product page-generating software
* Generate unique meta descriptions and CTAs
* Spell and grammar check in American English
* Researching and adding product variants, pricing, SKUs, and GTIN/UPCs
* Quality Control

Skillset:
* Advanced written/spoken English skills, Basic HTML code(ing) understanding, a developed logical thought process, and the ability to apply company SOPs to various product page scenarios are mandatory for success in this job.
* Previous experience with product uploading, Slack, Canva, ChatGPT-4, and the most commonly used image editing tools is also required.
* Experience with image editing/renaming and knowledge of the products in the outdoor and camping industry is an advantage.
