**Company Overview:**
We are a dynamic, Australia-based web design business, with a team consisting of a designer and two developers based in the Philippines. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant/Client Interaction Specialist to join our young, easy-going, and flexible team. This role is essential to ensure smooth operations, effective communication with clients, and the timely completion of projects.
**Responsibilities:**
– **Financial Management:** Reconcile Xero transactions and send invoice reminders to clients.
– **Project Management:** Double-check web design work and manage website projects until completion (training provided).
– **Client Interaction:** Speak with Australian clients, ensuring great communication skills and willingness to have 1:1 calls with clients about their ongoing projects.
– **Accountability:** Keep the business owner accountable for tasks that are due, draft emails to clients, and manage follow-ups.
– **Administrative Tasks:** Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support the team and business operations.
**Requirements:**
– **Excellent Communication Skills:** Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
– **Project Management Skills:** Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
– **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous in double-checking work and ensuring accuracy.
– **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable using various software tools and platforms relevant to web design and project management.
– **Proactive and Reliable:** Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with Shopify, wordpress backend and Klaviyo.
– Knowledge of web design and development processes.
– Experience in web design or digital marketing.
– Previous experience in a client-facing role.
– A good eye for what makes a great website, with an understanding of user experience and design principles.
