VA/Quality Control

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the quality control of our hiring, onboarding, ethics, and reporting departments within our 8-figure SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

-Implementing and maintaining a daily checklist to ensure all tasks across the departments are completed
-Overseeing trackers to ensure data is being input correctly
-Ensuring recordings of meetings are being uploaded in a timely manner
-Managing and overseeing Slack channels
-Tracking daily statistics and ensuring they are up to date
-Requiring each employee to submit a list of completed tasks via email before logging off
-Logging days worked of each employee within every division
-Creating trackers and optimizing systems within departments to improve quality control and ensure systems are being followed

Requirements:
-Must be able to work M-F US days, Full time, Pacific Standard time
-Previous experience in project management or quality control
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Excellent communication skills with clear writing and speaking English
-Comfortable working remotely and able to use technology and tools required for the role
-Ability to work well on a team and collaborate with colleagues in different departments
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Comfortable coming on zoom and confronting people when they do not follow their task lists
