We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant Recruiter to join our real estate investing Mastermind. As the Virtual Assistant Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing remote candidates for part-time and full-time cold-calling sales positions as well as various administrative and support roles within our organization. This is a remote position for a company based in the United States; allowing you to work from any location with reliable, high-speed internet access. This role offers some administrative support tasks to the executive team as needed, but is primarily focused on filling the pipeline with quality candidates on behalf of our team and our clients; who are multifamily real estate investors.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote sales team. Experience related to sales, cold calling, and real estate is especially valuable. The candidate should have a positive demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication, as well as a professional appearance for multiple video calls (Zoom) per day. A bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement and a master’s degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with hiring managers and real estate investors to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
· Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other online resources to source qualified candidates
· Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates
· Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and competency fit
· Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers
· Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate interviews and assessments
· Negotiate salary with selected candidates
· Manage and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely data entry
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
· Develop and maintain relationships with hiring clients or managers to ensure a quality experience
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in order to attract top talent

Requirements
· Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry
· In-depth knowledge of various recruiting tools and sourcing techniques
· Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry dynamics
· Excellent communication (including written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to effectively screen candidates and assess their qualifications
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
· Solid organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Bachelor’s degree (required) in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
· Master’s degree (preferred)
· Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely with a virtual team
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience with customer relationship management software and excellent overall computer literacy (required)
· Experience with Slack, Hubspot, and/or Skool (preferred)
Pay Rate and Hours
$10/hour @ 90 days
$12/hour after 90 days
20 hours/week to start with the potential for full-time within 3-6 months
