What do we do?
We’re a fast-growing recruiting company in the transportation industry that helps trucking companies hire professional truck drivers. We are looking to add several rock-star lead generators to help assist our recruiting team.
Daily activities will include making 200+ outbound phone calls per day from our list of interested truck drivers looking for new jobs. Once you connect with a prospect on the phone, your job will be to qualify them and transfer them over to our recruiting team. Eventually, we will train you to complete a full-cycle recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with applicants over the phone to fill existing openings for 30+ trucking companies
Makes 200+ outbound calls per day
Promotes and maintains RTR brand when communicating with applicants
Effectively screen applicants to establish if they qualify for a driving position
After driver has been screened for basic requirements, initially you will transfer calls to recruiter for further review
Use relevant information and judgment to determine if the driver should be transferred to recruiter
Update and maintain applicant tracking system for communications with each applicant
Maintain knowledge of trucking industry to effectively screen applicants
Job Experience Requirements
Excellent Fluency in English ( Full Professional English)
2+ years in a call center environment (outbound)
1+ years working from home
Work Must Have:
This is a work-from-home position so you MUST have fast and reliable internet. A minimum of 25 MBPS internet connection and a backup internet line available in case of internet outages.
A backup generator that can power your computer for 8 hours in case of power outages
Noise-canceling microphone/headset
Smart Phone required with ability to download applications
A professional working environment free of background noise
