Job Description

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support for our recruitment agency business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency by efficiently handling various administrative and operational tasks.

This remote position offers flexibility in work hours.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage emails, calendar, and scheduling for the agency.
Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using tools such as Google Docs.
Maintain and organize digital files and documents.
Client and Candidate Communication:
Communicate with clients and candidates via email and phone, providing updates and assistance.
Schedule interviews and follow-ups.
Collect and maintain candidate information and documentation.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Monitor and organize job listings on various platforms.
Utilize CRM software for candidate and client relationship management.
Assist in candidate sourcing and screening as required.
Social Media and Marketing Support:
Assist in managing social media accounts, posting job listings, and engaging with the online community.
Help create and schedule marketing content.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential candidates and clients.
Billing and Invoicing:
Assist with invoicing clients and tracking payments.
Maintain records of financial transactions.

Qualifications:
Must be expeirinced in recruitment in the US , Construction Industry an advantage
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in Gmail for effective email management.
Knowledge of Google Docs for document creation and collaboration.
Experience with CRM software for efficient candidate and client management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for candidate and client outreach.

Reliable internet connection and access to necessary tools/software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
