We’re a Brisbane based ICT recruitment business servicing clients across Australia. With a remote first approach and long established relationships you’ll be joining an experienced and high performing team. Our clients are both commercial and government and we pride ourselves on an outstanding level of customer service.
This role is for a VA – RecOps ( Recruitment Operations) who can quickly add value on supporting the team in a range of activities associated with our recruitment business.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
Some these are straight forward and others we will train you on.
Initially you will start on
• Excel reporting and data entry for timesheets and payroll
• Completion of contracts and extensions ( using our templates)
• Data matching using our contact tools
• Formatting CV’s
• Creation of canva cards for advertisements
• Responding to candidate messages and setting up appointments for the recruiters
• Working with our LinkedIn Automation to build talent pools
• Development of new process templates and weekly reports

Your Experience:
• Some experience in previous customer service or VA roles
• Ideally you will have some experience with recruitment although this isn’t a must have
• Candidates who may have some experience with payroll reporting would be highly regarded
• Excellent proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Excel skills are important so you’ll be comfortable to at least an intermediate level including creating and using formulas, building spreadsheets and reporting
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and drive to succeed
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
