Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with a strong background in online marketing to support our recruitment and software sales businesses. This role will involve creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, generate leads, and promote our services. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing our LinkedIn and YouTube profiles. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in various digital marketing techniques and able to work independently to drive results.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment Business:
1. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for our recruitment website, blog, and social media platforms. This includes writing articles, job descriptions, and company profiles.
2. Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media profiles, including LinkedIn, with relevant content, industry news, job postings, and engagement with connections.
3. LinkedIn Management: Optimize and manage our LinkedIn company page and individual profiles, enhancing our professional presence and building connections in the industry.
4. YouTube Management: Upload and manage video content on our YouTube channel, including webinars, tutorials, and company updates.
5. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with candidates and clients. This includes designing newsletters and monitoring campaign performance.
6. SEO and Keyword Research: Optimize our website for search engines, perform keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
7. Job Advertisements: Post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms to attract quality candidates.

Software Sales Business:
1. Digital Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant platforms to promote our software products.
2. Website Maintenance: Ensure the software sales website is up to date with the latest product information, pricing, and features.
3. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies, such as creating landing pages, forms, and calls to action to capture potential software sales leads.
4. LinkedIn Management: Optimize and manage our LinkedIn company page and individual profiles, enhancing our professional presence in the software industry.
5. YouTube Management: Upload and manage video content on our YouTube channel, showcasing our software products, tutorials, and customer success stories.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in online marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
– Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
– Creative mindset and the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
– Experience in managing LinkedIn and YouTube profiles for professional businesses.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Previous experience in marketing for recruitment or software sales is a plus.
