We are a reputable painting company (in business for 24+ years) seeking a skilled virtual assistant (we currently have on VA on staff) to join our team and assist with various sales and administrative tasks. This is a remote position, and we require candidates who possess excellent conversational English skills. If you are organized, proactive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Providing accurate and consistent responses to frequently asked questions.
Coordinating appointments and schedules with different staff members.
Assisting with payroll processing and documentation.
Creating estimates based on project details provided by potential customers.
Engaging in sales conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our services.
Working with spreadsheets to organize and update important data.
Managing email correspondence and promptly responding to customer inquiries.
Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending marketing emails and managing email lists.
Requirements:

Excellent conversational English skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other office software.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or customer service role is a plus.
