VA Shopify Customer Support E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Support and E-Commerce Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in handling live customer interactions, proficient in English with a knack for writing compelling product descriptions, and familiar with SEO and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Interaction:**
– Handle live phone calls and chat inquiries from customers in the USA.
– Provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries effectively.
– Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

2. **Content Creation:**
– Write concise, informative product descriptions using the Product Diamond Framework.
– Develop content that enhances user engagement and supports SEO strategies.

3. **E-Commerce Management:**
– Familiarity with Shopify for product optimization and listings.
– Manage product variants, manual and bulk uploads.
– Assist in on-page and off-page SEO activities (preferred but not mandatory).

4. **General Duties:**
– Continuously improve processes and systems related to customer service and e-commerce operations.
– Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best practices.
– Adapt to evolving responsibilities and grow with the company.

### Requirements:
– Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience in customer service, particularly in handling live calls and chats.
– Knowledge of SEO and content creation.
– Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce best practices.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
