Work with SwopX, a NY-based financial tech startup! VA/social media management/graphic designer/admin wanted. Current and future benefits.

You will work as a full time Virtual Assistant to join our growing company for support of current markets and future expansion.
You will do research work, writing and editing text, manage social medias and a variety of photo and video editing. You will also oversee twitter and discord communities. For almost all of these tasks I will create templates or tutorials for you. Depending on how you perform to increasing levels of complexity, eventually you could manage other VAs as well. Things move fast and this flexibility is a requirement.

[The main responsibilities are]
Research topics and produce text documents with summary of essensial points.
Editing text and udpating new products on our mobile stores on different platforms.
Discuss and organize media marketing and follow up user cases by emailing or social media platform
Assisting in administrative tasks such as filling out spreadsheets, outsourcing requests, downloading/sending of documents, etc.
Reply 100% to users inquiries within a stipulated time frame. Attending all customer service inquiries including exchange, refunds and product knowledge.
Basic editing of photo and video store assets
Tracking of competitor’s pricing and analysis reports
Product hunting for us to expand our business
Ad Hoc service requests for CEO personal scheduling/needs, follow up
Follow up with emails with customers and artistic booking/management

[Some basic requirements we would need from you]
Modern desktop or laptop computer
High speed, reliable internet (5Mbps or faster)
Ability to work and take phone calls / online meetings in a quiet environment
Basic video and photo editing software
Quick and responsive (by Signal or Telegram) and respond to requests.

[Additional bonuses but not mandatory if willing to learn]
1-2 years VA experience
Ability to design from scratch new posters/layouts
Call center, Customer service experience, frontliner experience are a plus
Intermediate Photoshop, Canva and video editing experience is a good bonus
