Twinnovation is an Israeli-based consultancy specialized in supporting SMEs and Start-ups in accessing non-dilutive funding from EU grants for their innovative projects. We deal with a wide range of subjects including Health, Clean Energy, Disruptive Technologies, Deep Tech, ICT and Wellbeing. We assist our clients by assessing and developing their business models, preparing them for the grant applications, and guiding them through the entire process.
We’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to support our growing team. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with a schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PH time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing client relationships.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Conducting internet-based research.
Creating and maintaining email lists in our CRM.
Converting web data into MS Excel or Word.
Handling professional email correspondence.
Using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace for various tasks.
Managing projects using .
Assisting with social media management, developing content strategy, scheduling posts, and monitoring and responding to engagement across various platforms.
Basic designing skills for thumbnails or post creation.
Supporting event planning and coordination.
Providing occasional task support.
Qualifications:
Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Demonstrable experience managing professional social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and interaction with followers.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn as a platform for business, including content creation, publishing, networking, and analytics.
Ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with or similar project management tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, able to anticipate needs, and take initiative.
