Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts and develop engaging content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Write blogs about our services and share tips about the vacation rental business.
Manage social media channels by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring analytics.
Monitor and report on social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with our full-time video editor who creates and edits all video content.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (do not apply if you don’t have experience).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Proof of success in previous roles, demonstrated by metrics and case studies.
