This is initially a part-time position (guaranteed minimum of 20 hours) with the opportunity to develop into a full time position as the role grows and has a need for more time needed to keep the business in a successful place.

As the Virtual Assistant with a Social Media background you are being entrusted with a critical role for our brand. You will be a key member of our team and be involved in the most important meetings and decisions we make as a company. You will get the experience of seeing how a successful company is created and grown, and will yourself have a critical role in growing it.

Role Summary:

The VA and Social Media Manager is responsible for helping with basic admin tasks and building out our social media presence with an immediate focus on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik-Tok. They will help create content and connect with influencers to help grow our brand and improve our organic growth and reach.

Having a background in FBA is very important. You must know how to create help tickets in Seller Central, how to follow up on these cases, and in general have a good working knowledge of FBA and good business practices. You must also know how to create and edit content using Canva (or something similar). Having an understanding of how to connect with influencers and to get them working with our brand is also important.

Salary

Starting pay is $500 per month for 20hrs/week with the potential for bonus incentives once proven
