JOB REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS –

Social Media Management of Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok & Youtube
Graphic Designer
Short Videos/Reel Editor
Content Creation and Curation:
• Produce high-quality, shareable content for each platform, including images, graphics, and written content.
• Curate user-generated content and encourage community participation.
Audience Engagement:
• Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and engage in relevant conversations on all social media channels.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute creative and effective social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and overall performance.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and insights.
Advertising Campaigns:
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
Platform Optimization:
• Stay informed about updates and changes on social media platforms.
• Optimize profiles and content based on platform-specific best practices.

DAY TO DAY REQUIREMENTS-

You will have to watch training to get concept of what we want
You have to work in a CRM for task updates and manage all socials in one place
You will have to be willing to work 40 hours flexible base on bets.
You should NOT apply if you have to miss a lot of work.

WORK HOURS –

Mon-Fri (official time TBD) most likely 10:00 am – 7:00 Central Standard Time
Have to have templates made for us to use on holidays if you will be off.

COMPENSATION –

This is a contract job, so there will be no benefits given. Just bi-weekly pay via Paypal.
(This means it will be 2 weeks before the first paycheck}

The first 2 months will be a trial to see how we fit together.
First 2 months will start at $500 usd Monthly ($250 usd bi-weekly)

I will pay the 13th bonus pay as well.

Bonus incentive pay after 2 month trial. Will base on a % of company’s monthly profits
