Virtual Assistant Position: Social Media, Web, Reel & YouTube Content Creation – Part Time Position
We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on creating dynamic content for social media and updating our website. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about digital media, enjoys working with video editing and graphic design tools, and has a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Insta Reel and YouTube Video Creation: Produce engaging video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva. You should be able to conceptualize ideas, edit video footage, and create visually appealing final products.
• Website Management: Update and maintain our website using WordPress and the Divi theme by Elegant Themes. You should have some design skills and be capable of implementing new features and aesthetics to enhance user experience.
• Social Media Content Creation: Design and create content for various social media platforms using Canva. This includes graphics, short videos, and other promotional materials that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.

Qualifications:
• Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and graphic design tools (Canva).
• Familiarity with WordPress and Divi theme for website management.
• Strong design skills and a good aesthetic sense.
• Speak and write in fluent English
• Excellent communication and ability to take direction well.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute ideas.
• Understanding of American culture, enabling effective communication and content that resonates with U.S. audiences.
• Efficiency and focus, ensuring that time is used productively to achieve professional results.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO

• Interest in or understanding of mindfulness and spirituality, as I am a Reiki Master Teacher and KonMari decluttering organizer.

Additional Skills:
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
