VA Specializing in Email & Social Media Marketing

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a growing Virtual Business Management Agency & Delegation Firm.

As you review this description, we welcome any questions you may have about your position on my team. The position will start at 5 hours per week and gradually increase to a full-time position as you are trained, and the company grows. All possibilities for raise are based on work performance.

We must note, this position will require some hours to be used on various clients of the company who will not be in contact with you. You will complete tasks directly through me as necessary for them as a Virtual Assistant providing social media and email marketing.

This posting is for an audition to see if you are a good fit for the company. I will be selecting a few candidates who can show me how effective they are at navigating social media and email marketing tools to complete content posting assignments.

Position Overview:
Your role will be to take the content that will be provided such as written and image and properly schedule them in social media and email marketing tools. There may be a requirement from time to time for you to utilize tools like Canva to help edit already created image templates that will only need you to maneuver text, colors and some stock images. You will not have to create images from scratch as templates will always be provided, but you must be able to edit these templates as necessary with the given details.

It will be your job to take the content items provided to you and produce:
– Social media posts
– Email marketing campaigns
– Images as necessary from the templates provided to you.

The requirements of each are listed below:

– Social Media Posts
Use provided captions and images (you may have to edit image templates at request) and post and schedule posts for social media.

– Email Marketing Campaigns
Used provided email content and images (you may have to edit image templates at request) and send out and schedule email campaigns in email apps such as Mailchimp and Click to view (I can train you to use this platform if you are not familiar).

– Images as necessary from the templates provided to you.
Use templates provided for you in Canva and edit them specific to the respective brand for use on social media posts and email campaigns.

These items will require you to have a intermediate level of understanding English to ensure no grammatical errors are present (as a second pair of eyes)

Qualities Needed to be Successful:
Skills are things I can train you in so I will never ask you to do anything that you will not have full know how to do. What we are looking for are three key things.

Integrity, Commitment and Desire to Learn.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest about every detail involving yourself and what will impact our work together. Open communication and honesty are essential to myself and the other clients you will help me to service. If you are not able to provide what is requested of you by a given deadline be open about it. We are all human and make mistakes you are here to grow with us and be an important part of our team.

Commitment. We like longevity and want you to work with us as long as you are available to do so. We have worked with some clients of ours for over 5 years, so we know the value of longevity. We are committed to a long-term relationship that will grow into full-time. If you only want to work for a few months, please don’t apply.

Desire to Learn. While we are yet a small team, we are in growth mode. We want someone who is open to growth and learning new skills that accommodate the existing job requirements.
