VA / Store Manager

For our Danish dropshipping business we are looking forward to hit 7 figures this year. Therefore, we are looking for a highly developed and motivated Store Manager with experience in dropshipping organisations (Shopify) to be part of our organization, this is for a long term application and we would like to give you excellent career opportunities to grow inside of the business and compensation. – Do you have experience as a Virtual Assistent?
– Do you have experience with preparing products so that they are ready to be advertised with?
– Do you have experience with listing ads inside Facebook ads manager?
– Do you have experience with making creatives inside of Canva?
– Do you have experience in Trello?
– Have you ever used slack for communication?
– Are you available for 8 hours a day, 5-7 days a week?

As a Store Manager / VA you have:
– Experience in Shopify (Must)
– Excellent communication skills (Must)
– Experience as a virtual assistent / store manager (Must)
– Experience with product listing (Must)
– Experience with product research before (pre)
– Experience with workflows like trello, Click to view etc. (pre)
– Experience with different communication platforms (slack) (pre)

Your duties will be:
– Managing the overal store and assisting where needed. In the future you can become an operations manager.
– Preparing products in the process to launch on our social media platforms. (5 per day)
– Launching campaigns inside facebook ads manager (5 per day)
– Creating creatives inside Canva (15 – 20 creatives per day for 5 products)
– Being aware of the process and making sure there are no delays.
