Position Summary:
As a VA Tech Specialist at Green Mom Consulting, you will be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our digital presence. Your expertise will be critical in constructing interconnected funnels that fluidly promote our coaching program, VA services, and membership offerings, ensuring seamless transitions and a cohesive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Funnel Design: Construct and manage sales and marketing funnels that cohesively link our coaching, VA services, and membership offerings.
Landing Page Creation: Design and refine landing pages that captivate our audience, emphasizing the synergy of our services.
Email Campaign Execution: Design, deploy, and monitor email campaigns that nurture leads across our multiple service lines.
Platform Mastery: Efficiently handle the daily operations and management of HubSpot, Alloware, ThriveCart, ManyChat, and Kajabi.
Tech Synergy: Ensure seamless integration between platforms, with a focus on streamlining the client’s journey through our services.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Proactively address any tech-related issues, maintaining the highest standards of user experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in funnel design and digital marketing strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on funnel performance, landing page conversions, and email engagement, driving continual optimization.
Qualifications:

Solid experience with HubSpot, Alloware, ThriveCart, ManyChat, and Kajabi.
Proven expertise in designing interconnected funnels that promote multiple service lines.
Mastery in creating compelling landing pages and executing result-driven email campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Superb communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms.
